Refund Policy

Effective date: July 4, 2026

This policy explains exactly how trials, cancellations and charges work for SigSync subscriptions billed through Dodo Payments.

1. No refunds

  • All charges are final. SigSync does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees for any subscription charge, initial or recurring, under any circumstances.
  • Because every plan includes a free trial before you are ever charged (see below), you can evaluate the product risk-free — there is no need for a refund once a charge occurs.
  • The only exception is a genuine billing error — see Section 4.

2. Free trials

  • Every plan includes a free trial — 3 days on Starter, 7 days on Growth and Business. You are not charged until the trial ends.
  • Cancel any time during the trial and you owe nothing — no forms, no calls.
  • One trial per organization, ever — switching plans does not grant an additional trial.
  • The trial period only begins once Dodo confirms your payment and the subscription is activated — never at signup, never before.

3. Cancellation

  • Cancel any time from your billing settings or by emailing support@sigsync.app.
  • Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. That charge is not refunded.
  • After the period ends, your workspace downgrades to the Starter tier limits. Your data — employees, templates, signatures, history — is preserved, not deleted.

4. Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate transaction caused by a system fault), email support@sigsync.app from the account owner’s address with your organization name and the transaction details. We investigate and correct genuine billing errors; this is not a general refund mechanism.

5. Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer-protection rights that apply in your jurisdiction and cannot be waived by contract.
